Coach Kara is a wife, mom of two, nurse, and passionate cheer coach with 14 years of cheerleading experience and 9 years of coaching experience. She previously served as a director within Pop Warner and All-Star cheer programs, where she loved helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character. She is excited to bring her experience, leadership, and passion to Elevate Athletics.
