Our ninja program at Elevate Athletics is designed for high-energy athletes who love to climb, jump, and navigate challenges. This program focuses on building functional strength, agility, and problem-solving skills through a series of dynamic obstacles. By combining elements of parkour and athletic conditioning, we provide a safe and motivating environment where kids can build physical confidence and learn to overcome obstacles with precision and speed.

Program Overview

Ninja 3 Year Old Class
This introductory level focuses on basic movement patterns and spatial awareness. Coaches guide our youngest ninjas through simplified obstacle courses that emphasize balance and coordination, helping them gain confidence in their physical abilities while learning to follow directions in a group setting.

At this level, the focus shifts toward developing greater body control and agility. Athletes begin to tackle more complex movements such as swinging, leaping, and climbing, building the foundational strength and focus required to navigate multi-step challenges independently.

This class introduces more technical ninja skills and emphasizes speed and efficiency. Athletes work on mastering grip strength, explosive power, and quick transitions between obstacles, fostering a sense of discipline and perseverance as they learn to complete full courses and refine their athletic technique.
