Gymnastics

Our gymnastics program for ages crawling through 6 years old focuses on foundational movement and building confidence. From the youngest gymnasts exploring gross motor skills to preschoolers and school-aged athletes mastering skills, we prioritize coordination and safe progression in a professional environment.

Program Overview

Parent & Baby (crawling to 18 months)
This class focuses on sensory exploration and early gross motor development, providing a safe environment for babies to practice crawling, climbing, and rolling.

Emphasizing guided play and parent-child bonding, toddlers develop spatial awareness and body control while being introduced to basic movement concepts.

As children gain independence, this class transitions into more structured activities that challenge their agility and coordination through guided exploration.

This level focuses on building social confidence, taking turns, and following directions while continuing to develop the physical foundations of the sport.

This class is designed to develop a well-rounded athletic foundation by introducing foundational techniques across all events. Athletes will focus on mastering technical skills and building strength and coordination.
