Our Mommy & Me program is designed to support early movement, coordination, and social development for toddlers in a fun and active environment.

These interactive parent-child classes give little ones the chance to explore, move, and play while building confidence through guided activities. Parents participate alongside their child, creating a positive experience filled with movement, learning, and fun.

Each class encourages toddlers to run, climb, jump, balance, and explore while also introducing listening skills, simple instructions, and positive interaction with others.

Classes are available throughout the week with flexible scheduling options for busy families.
